“COACHING WITH HORSES” is an active training to strengthen your personality!
With simple exercises on the ground, the horses show us our conscious and unconscious behaviour patterns in a very friendly way, which we then work on together. We train how you can perceive better your body and your thoughts, correct them if necessary, and how to use them more clearly.
No horse experience is necessary for the ground work with the horses in the riding school, but please bring closed shoes, comfortable clothes and your good mood!
Equicoaching is offered at Quinta Lusitânia as a collaboration with Conny Kadia of “Mondequus” – Connection Training (MCT).
Coaching with horses is suitable for adults and teenagers for conflict resolution at work, at school, for executives, in private life and the family. Group coaching is also available for couples, families and work groups.
Equicoaching is suitable for improving the following subject areas:
Self-confidence, self-awareness, self-motivation, self-control, releasing blockages, setting boundaries, clarity in communication, structuring, focus, etc.
Unlike therapy, with Equicoaching you take a practical experience home with you. With this method, even the first training session can release completely natural and fundamental changes in you. The goal of coaching is, through active training, that you yourself achieve the desired change in you.
Conny Kadia was born in Germany in 1965, moved to Portugal in 1992 and has had contact with horses since 2003. Conny Kadia absolved courses in Natural Horsemanship since 2006, had lessons in traditional Portuguese riding, worked part-time in different arenas and does trail riding with her own horses.
In 2022 she absolved her Certification in “Horse assisted Coaching / Equicoaching”, with Instructor Anna Kerckhoff de Sacchi, Portugal/ Algarve.
