Requirements
- To be at least 18 years old
- Experienced rider in all gaits, in hacks and also able to get along with more challenging horses
- Keen on learning our empathetic approach of horse training
- Open-minded and friendly person
- Having interest or experience in Natural Horsemanship, liberty work and bitless riding
- Loves to get to know new cultures and people
- Has a good command of English

Your duties
- Taking care of the horses, including stable work
- Training of the horses
- Helping hand with lessons and hacks as well as their preparation
- Depending on abilities maybe also giving kids’ and beginners’ riding lessons
- Willingness to help also wherever a helping hand is needed
